The opportunity
We saw digital businesses stitching together payment tools that broke as they grew. The infrastructure underneath wasn't built for scale. We believed a company focused on the rails, not the front end, could become the layer these businesses rely on.
What we built
We tested the concept with finance teams before building, then developed the product, operations, and compliance foundation in-house. Ledgerwise launched with a working platform and early customers already onboarded.
Where it is now
Ledgerwise processes payments for a growing set of digital businesses and is expanding its product. Venturian stays on as a long-term partner through fundraising and growth.
